September 12, 2024 (New York City) – DominiRican Productions, an award-winning BIPOC and LGBTQ owned media production company, announces that their latest film The Odd Year is selected to screen at upcoming prestigious film festivals. 

 The Odd Year will screen at the Queer Voices: NYC Film Festival and the Latino International Film Expo. @queervoicesnyc

Pierre Jean Gonzalez and Cedric Leiba Jr were sent to Havana, Cuba as part of the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs’ Speaker Program. They went to advocate and support the LGBTQIA and Afro-Cuban communities of La Habana. While there, Pierre and Cedric shared and screened several of DRP’s original content.
